This Electronic Communications Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Lemma Technologies, Inc. (referred to as "we," "us," "our," and "Lemma"), our financial services partners ("Banking Partners"), which include Increase and Core Bank, and you, the person or legal entity utilizing the Lemma services ("you" and "your").
Your agreement covers all information, notifications, and other data (defined as "Communications") related to any Lemma Product. This consent remains in effect unless you formally notify us that you are withdrawing it. If you are accessing or using a Lemma account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to legally commit that entity to this agreement.
"Communications" refers to disclosures, legal notices, agreements, schedules of fees, privacy policies, account statements, records, documents, and any other information we send to you, or that you sign, submit, or consent to at our request.
Lemma is committed to offering an excellent online banking experience, which includes delivering information to you electronically. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are capable and willing to receive and access Communications electronically, and you agree to this method of delivery. This consent covers Communications originating from Lemma and those that Lemma provides or makes available on behalf of its Banking Partners. Furthermore, you agree to the use of digital signatures for your Lemma account. If you do not agree to receive Communications electronically rather than in paper form, you will not be able to open a Lemma account. Should you choose to revoke your consent to electronic Communications after initially agreeing, we reserve the right to close your Account.

If we use a different delivery method for any Communication, we will inform you of where you can access it.
Please note that we or our Banking Partners may be legally required to provide certain Communications to you in physical paper form, even though you have consented to electronic delivery.

A currently supported web browser version, including: Edge version 42 or newer, Firefox version 62 or newer, Safari version 12 or newer, or Chrome version 69 or newer
A storage medium, such as a hard drive, for saving data
A valid, active email address
A current software application capable of viewing PDF files
These requirements may be periodically updated to ensure our continued ability to provide electronic Communications. If there are any significant changes to these specifications, we will notify you of the revisions.
Before giving your consent, we may ask you to confirm your ability to receive and retain electronic Communications, for example, by successfully opening a test PDF document. By confirming, you acknowledge that you are able to access and keep electronic Communications.
